Resort Inventory Supervisor

Starting with you; whilst previous skills and experience is advantageous, they are not essential as full training on all tasks/systems is given.


The role will involve:

  • Assisting with the yielding of Inventory (accommodation nights) in order to maximise rental revenue.
  • Working towards Inventory strategies set by the Regional Inventory Manager to ensure budget goals for occupancy, revenue and arrivals are achieved.
  • Producing detailed Microsoft Excel reports including forecasting future business.
  • Providing daytoday administrative support to our resorts and club member operations teams, ensuring efficient and accurate responses are given via Microsoft Outlook, Teams and over the phone to enable colleagues to deliver excellent service.
  • Assisting the Regional Inventory Manager with providing training of inhouse systems to colleagues, including creating and delivering presentations to individuals and small groups, using Microsoft PowerPoint and similar programs.
  • Working on a range of Inhouse software, Microsoft based programs and dedicated reporting and distribution systems.
  • Working on individual tasks as well as part of a team, communicating with direct colleagues daily.
  • Communicating with team members in multiple European locations.

Qualifications

  • The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Not essential)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written, comfortable communicating across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams and over the phone.
  • A positive and motivated attitude, with the ability to integrate in to multicultural teams
  • A desire to further develop existing and new skills within a business
  • Previous officebased experience, working within an administration or trainingbased role
  • A full driving license as the role involves a low amount of travel
  • The energy and drive to develop a successful career in the travel and tourism industry
