We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Johnsons Workwear. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our stockroom, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure timely delivery of stock to customers.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve stockroom efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of stock and minimize stockouts.
  • Monitor and report on stockroom performance, including inventory levels, stock movements, and stockroom capacity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
