As a Regulatory Affairs Business Partner, you will ensure operational compliance across our food portfolio, supporting Kellanova's business plans. Based in our Media City office in Manchester, this hybrid role allows for a mix of home, office, and occasional European travel as needed. You will be part of a five-member team, reporting directly to our Regulatory Affairs Manager.
Joining at an exciting time as we aim to become a snacking powerhouse, you will be responsible for product compliance within the Regulatory Team. Your days will vary, from training internal stakeholders on new regulatory requirements to liaising with European regulatory authorities about our innovative products. As a valued member of the regulatory profession, you will have opportunities for career growth. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
- Management: Drives cross-category and regional operational management of regulatory resources and support.
- Guidance: Provides guidance, advice, and support on regulatory matters for the R&D team and across the wider business.
- Expertise: Provides input as a regulatory specialist to key stakeholder initiatives.
- Training: Provides guidelines and training on regulatory matters as needed across the team and wider business.
- Decision-Making: Makes outcome-driven decisions through stakeholder management cross-category and across the business.
We're Looking for Someone With
- FMCG Regulatory experience
- Demonstrable awareness of commercial impact when advising an FMCG company.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills/experience
