The Customer Insight team is the voice of the customer within the NHSBSA.They work closely with all business areas to help them improve the services they provide to our diverse customers, who range from individual patients to whole organisations, overall helping the NHSBSA become user led.
This role plays an important part in supporting the work of the customer insight officers, particularly the collection of data and insight for NHS Dental Services.
