An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team here at Mears as an Administrator. Based in Wakefield.
We are offering a salary of up to £23,000 plus great company benefits which include fun days paid for by the company, discounts on high street shopping and online retailers, health insurance and much more.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the Initial accommodation operational team
- Report running
- Ordering stationary
- General admin tasks
- Completing onboarding for new starters raising service now tickets
- Filing jobs
- Processing Ad hoc payments
- Assessment management
- Complete ECP registers for reconciliation for the home office financial management
- Previous administrator experience is essential
- Good level of verbal and written communication
- IT literate strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload to deadlines
- Adapts interpersonal style to suit different people or situations
- Demonstrates integrity and is respected by others
- Excellent organisational skills
