Salary / Hours:

- £9.83 Per hour
- £1.18 Holiday pay

  • Monday
  • Thursday; 9am 8pm
  • NO FRIDAY / OR WEEKENDS INCLUDED

Job Duties:

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Manage delivery documentation and keep all filing/archiving up to date
  • Ensure all POD's for goods in and goods out are scanned on company server daily.
  • Liaise with Works Manager daily regarding day to day operations
  • Ensure all customer requests and queries are dealt with promptly
  • Input manual stock data into Sage with 100% accuracy
  • Raise goods in queries with suppliers and liaise with Purchase Ledger until resolved
  • Receive and monitor all customer returns and liaise with Sales Ledger until resolved
  • Process and produce orders ready for picking
  • Process all collection and delivery documentation
  • Ensure third party checks are complete on all goods out before despatch
  • Control all customer back orders, ensuring as rapid a despatch as possible
  • Supervise accurate locating of all goods in/returns for stock
