Fantastic opportunity to become an Administrator for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK. The client prides themselves on providing exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees.
As a leading figure in the claim’s arena, it’s this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Administrator will be responsible for providing full admin support to the service team.
In return, the Administrator will expect a salary of up to £21,000, 26 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Inputting new claims onto the relevant systems
- Accurately inputting data
- Appointment making - including inbound + outbound calls
- Working as part of a team and providing admin support
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Team player with the passion for helping others
- Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
