Office Administrator (Part Time)

Are you an organised and efficient Administrator? Do you have knowledge of Microsoft Office and have experience of database systems and input.

Our Client, a local support service based in East Belfast, are looking for someone with Data Input experience, someone confident in talking with service users over the phone, and inputting data precisely. This role is for an Immediate Start.

Main Duties:

- General administration with specific reference to the upkeep of the data information system
- Log the attendance of service users on the database accurately and under the appropriate heading.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure systems are robust and quarterly reports are submitted in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the team, attend meetings, workshops and training events for systems managers as and when required.
- Provide receptionist duties when required

Person Specification:

- Experience of maintenance and control of administrative systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of database systems and input
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to evaluate own work

Remuneration and Conditions of Employment:

- Part Time, Permanent - 30 Hours per week
- £10.80 p/h
- Flexibility to start/finish times
- Pension Contribution
- 25 days per year, plus 12 public holidays (pro rata)
