Job Profile
- Providing administrative support to the Executive team, including but not limited to:
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Arranging multifunction internal meetings e.g. Business Performance Review Board Meeting, including taking actions and enabling timely follow up activities
- Organising the company quarterly All Hands meeting:
- Arranging venue and confirming
- Travel arrangements
- Managing dietary requirements
- Collating content and firstline review of the company monthly/quarterly newsletter ready for Co-CEO final review
- Organising the company annual Christmas party & potentially Summer Party
- Finding, onboarding and managing a 3rd party travel company to help with overseas travel bookings and support
- Overseeing the Legal inbox and ensuring all documents are properly filed Ad Hoc activities as required
Success looks like
- Internal Meetings are scheduled in advance with a clear agenda and purpose, quorum attendance and with actions and decisions circulated in good time following the meetings
- Company Events / All Hands are well organised with high attendance, run on time, mínimal to no tech issues and good catering
- Newsletters are regularly shared internally to aid in our goal of improving internal communications
- Travel is managed in line with our T&E policy, and paid directly by the company and not individuals
- Legal documents are fully executed, securely filed and indexed in a timely manner

- Professional and understands the need for confidentiality as a cornerstone of the role
- Works well with people at all levels across the company
- Hybrid working (needs to attend in person meetings, which could be Shipton / Grange Park / Lords of the Manor etc)
