The Role:
Responsible for managing the Payroll and related HR aspects:

  • Collating and inputting weekly clock cards for payroll. Managing all clock card queries.
  • Monitoring and recording absences sickness, holidays.
  • Issuing new starter details and contracts.
  • Managing any payroll alterations
  • Tax codes, CSA deductions, student loans, etc following HMRC procedures
  • Monthly payroll run / End of year Payroll.
  • Supporting related HR aspects: contracts / pension scheme role out / benefit analysis
  • Be able to demonstrate a solid work history in payroll.
  • HR insight & experience being an advantage
  • Able to work work full time hours with a flexible hybrid offering
  • Strong system skills
