The Role:
Responsible for managing the Payroll and related HR aspects:

- Collating and inputting weekly clock cards for payroll. Managing all clock card queries.
- Monitoring and recording absences - sickness, holidays.
- Issuing new starter details and contracts.
- Managing any payroll alterations - Tax codes, CSA deductions, student loans, etc - following HMRC procedures
- Monthly payroll run / End of year Payroll.
- Supporting related HR aspects: contracts / pension scheme role out / benefit analysis
- Be able to demonstrate a solid work history in payroll.
- HR insight & experience being an advantage
- Able to work work full time hours with a flexible hybrid offering
- Strong system skills
