We are looking for an experienced and highly committed STR worker with previous experience working with individuals who experience mental health difficulties, for Wigan and leigh's Early Intervention Team to support us in ensuring we deliver outstanding patient care to those who have experienced a First Episode of Psychosis.

Main duties of the job

The role is to provide support and give time to an allocated group of service users aged 14-65 who are open to the EIT service to help in promoting their recovery and social inclusion, supporting them to develop skills to enable them to function in their community environment.Working as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team which includes Consultant Psychiatrist, Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychological therapists, Psychology Assistants, Support Time Recovery Workers, Employment Specialists and Admin Assistants.
