- Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with the individuals you support.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the individuals and the service.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact on people's lives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
