Job Overview

Due to recent success with tendered projects, we require an experienced Customer Relations Officer to join our team to deliver works in North Lanarkshire.

We actively promote a positive working environment where teamwork, transparency and customer service are our key principles.

The role will be site based, as Customer Relations Officer you will help facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the client.

Overall achieving excellent customer relationships for the duration of the works.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
Assist with site set up.
Visit each resident prior to work commencing to introduce the company and communicate the scope of works.

Establish resident's individual requirements by carrying out an initial resident profile, documenting any points discussed and tailoring individual communication plans accordingly.

Work with site staff to implement effective practices.

Carry out a property condition survey and appliance survey with photographs where necessary with the tenant before works start in the property.

Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience etc

Previous experience within a customer service based role preferred, ideally with previous customer relations officer experience within the construction/social housing sector is desirable, though training can be given.

Computer literate in MS Office.
Good at developing relationships.
Ability to work remotely as well as part of a team and to adhere to strict deadlines.
Ability to work within guidelines.
Confident people person (this role requires extensive interaction with people from all walks of life at all levels).
Excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required
~ Full UK driving licence.
~3 years customer service preferred.
