Interns will be placed across our Global Quality & Operations, Technology & Innovation, and Global Corporate Affairs teams.
Sustainability internship programme
Convatec's sustainability internship programme will offer emerging leaders the opportunity to engage in a variety of focused topics during Q3. The aim of the programme is to give interns a learning experience that allows the application of skills and development in a professional setting, whilst supporting our subject matter experts to advance key priority projects.
About the role
This role reports into the ESG Manager in London, who will provide guidance and mentorship during the placement. Sitting at the heart of Convatec's approach to Environmental, Social and Governance - Convatec Cares - this internship offers you the opportunity to play a central part in delivering a number of key programmes and develop broad experience as a member of a high performing team.
You will support us in undertaking analysis of ESG ratings and rankings, benchmarking against our MedTech and healthcare peers.
100% paid internship – 1, GBP monthly gross Length of the internship – From July until September Hours per week – 35h/weekYour key duties and responsibilities
Lead benchmarking and reviews of market practice to inform our sustainability disclosure roadmap Support day to day communication and engagement with stakeholders across the business Evaluate/manage data and compile easy to read reports, charts, graphs for senior leadership and relevant stakeholdersAbout you
Passionate about sustainability and ESG Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player working collaboratively and participating in projects Attention to detail Ability to present and communicate clearly and concisely Flexible, adaptable and capable of lateral thinking Strong organisation and prioritisation skills and ability to multi-task Proficient in Microsoft office suite of applications English language – good communication levelSupporting the next generation
