We are recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join their team of 8 on a
permanent basis.

This position is based in
West Sussex and works on a
hybrid model, based in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (they have
free parking on site and are based 5-10 minutes' walk from the nearest station).


Key responsibilities held within this role include:

  • Processing staff starting and returning from maternity leave, starters and leavers.
  • Calculating adjustments required, including prorata calculations.
  • Compiling data for reporting purposes.
  • Supporting the Payroll Supervisors in the delivery of an accurate payroll by importing and reconciling uplifts to salaries and various benefits the company offers.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Previous experience of working in an in-house payroll environment
  • A good general standard of education, including GCSC (or equivalent) in Maths and English at C or above
  • Methodical, organised, and accurate
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, particulalry Excel
  • Good communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Excellent team player
