About The Role.
Our client is seeking an experienced
Chief Executive Officer to oversee their company's strategic and business aspects.

Reporting to the Chair - Board of Directors, you will be the first in command and responsible for creating a vision for the company and setting its strategic direction.

The goal is to drive the company's growth and to guide it towards long-term success.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a CEO/COO/VP or in a senior leadership role in the public, private or notforprofit sector, with a track record of delivering results and achieving goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies and plans, with a clear vision and direction for the company.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, finance, marketing, operations, sales and human resources, with the ability to oversee and integrate multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Highlevel analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and situations and make sound judgments
  • Visionary, inspirational, and motivational leadership style, with the ability to lead by example and empower others
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, with a willingness to embrace change and innovation
  • Commitment to the company's vision, mission, and values, with a high sense of integrity and responsibility
