Spinwell is currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in the public sector.



RESPONSIBILITIES OF A RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR:

This position involves coordinating the recruitment cycle and selection process to ensure a top-notch candidate experience that is efficient, professional, and informative. You will collaborate with and assist all members of the People function, including HR and Learning and Development.



SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OF A RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR:


  • Coordinating the recruitment process via our applicant tracking system
  • Effective communication with hiring managers to grasp the requirements of potential roles
  • Assisting hiring managers with role profiles and benchmarking
  • Conducting telephone interviews as part of the screening process
  • Creating and advertising job vacancies on various platforms
  • Using our skills testing platform to aid hiring managers with screening
  • Assisting the department manager with reports on the organization's recruitment activity
  • Managing candidate and client expectations
  • Coordinating with agencies for technical roles to ensure quality candidates
  • Supporting hiring managers with interviews and note-taking when necessary

  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in recruitment/HR
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Enjoyment working collaboratively
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels
  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders
