Key responsibilities:

  • To support our Food & Beverage Operations Manager in the day to day running of the Bar.
  • Providing an exceptional experience for customers. Offering a warm welcome and friendly, enthusiastic service.
  • To assist in the supervision of the team and ensure all duties are carried out as required.
  • To maintain the bar area to a high standard by ensuring that front and back of house areas are clean and tidy.
  • To assist in track of stock levels and order additional items as and when required.
  • Follow the correct procedures for opening and closing the bar.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
Shifts include Monday, with the rest made up of daytime, evenings and weekends so flexibility is required.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary:
£11.50-£12.50 per hour
