About the Role:

  • Manage multiple opportunities concurrently through the sales pipeline involving detailed discovery, product demonstrations, problem-solving, negotiation with stakeholders, and generating a robust pipeline.
  • Handle a mix of inbound leads and proactive prospecting to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Fulfill quota-carrying responsibilities by consistently achieving sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Collaborate with marketing for account-based marketing, respond to RFPs, and cater to midmarket and enterprise accounts.
  • Participate in industry events for networking and lead generation.
  • Work closely with Customer Success for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Provide feedback for product improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders for sales conversion support.

Skills and Competencies:

  • 3-4 years of SaaS sales experience with a track record in B2B roles.
  • Proficiency in managing deal cycles and contract values.
  • Experience in software demos and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Adept at utilising sales techniques and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented and resilient in challenging sales environments.
  • Team player with the ability to take directives and feedback.
  • University degree preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
