As a candidate for this position, you will play a crucial role in identifying the right markets and developing placing strategies. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with underwriters in both **London** and international markets. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with **Account Executives** and the **Sales Team** to devise effective solutions for program structuring and pricing. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Understanding** clients' needs and challenges
- **Managing** senior relationships and leading negotiations with the insurance market
- **Working** with Account Executives and the Sales Team to determine program solutions
- **Identifying** suitable markets and crafting placing strategies
- **Establishing** and growing relationships with underwriters at a senior level
- **Pricing** and designing conceptual programs
- **Ensuring** compliance with company guidelines and procedures

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Ideally **ACII** qualified or working towards this qualification
- Strong background in **Insurance Broking** or **Underwriting**
- Thorough knowledge of the insurance market
- Effective **communication** and **negotiation** skills
- Excellent **technical** and **presentation** abilities
- Proficiency in assimilating and applying information quickly
- Strong **negotiation** skills with flexibility and innovation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Skill in **prioritizing**, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure
- Comfortable articulating complex ideas and recommendations
