Do you want to be part of an exciting new team of coaches to offer wellbeing support to Autistic people with mental health needs.

This is based on our 8-domain wellbeing model outcome work and not traditional models of support to improve people's wellbeing.

Autistic people with mental health needs often find it difficult to access appropriate services and are one of the highest groups of individuals committing suicide.

The coach's service is looking at prevention of crisis and the need for hospital admissions.


We are looking for 3 Wellbeing coaches to support our new outreach service across East Surrey to support 1.1 sessions and group sessions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience of supporting Autistic people with mental health needs who either have coaching skills or are prepared to train to be a coach.

You will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the key locations of the geographical areas of Surrey required.

The role is Monday - Saturday within the hours of 8am-7pm.

You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life. You will need to be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate, self manging, organised and believe strongly in collaborative working_. _The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh.


You will need to be adaptable, flexible, and be able to support our members of the service to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking.

It's important to note that some of our people may self-harm, have anxiety or on occasion show behaviours of concern.
