Global Product Manager

Adecco is working with a global Medical Device manufacturer, looking for a Global Product Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.


The role will be focused on developing, implementing, and tracking an EMEA marketing plan for the business's product portfolio and managing the downstream portfolio to drive behaviour changes.


This role will involve:

  • Generating sales materials, collateral, and other marketing tools.
  • Delivering on the business marketing plan in line with defined strategy.
  • Taking ownership of analytical market data, sales/units/pricing trends and analysis
  • Downstream launch efforts for new product launches.
  • Being instrumental in the creation and management of assigned budget.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required. Business/Marketing or Science Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience (downstream medical device marketing experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience changing surgeons' behaviours through marketing materials.
  • Exposure marketing products used in the operating theatre
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- including training and presentations.

  • Highly motivated, and able to work in a fastpaced environment with continual change.
