Job Description

The Business Method Engineer - Production Solutions is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting reliable, efficient, and integrated production solutions to Operations, to enable industrial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and develop core ARP solutions in line with Broughton Industrial System
  • Document best practice for Wing Assembly in ARP
  • Cascading any new methods into the business
  • Supporting with SAP systems and acting as first line of investigation on any root causes and proposing a solution
  • Experience in SAP and understanding background data is required
  • Sustain, harmonize, develop, distribute and train on Processes, Methods, Tools, Competences and Data Management
  • Coaching, communication & facilitation with the operational teams
  • Leading manufacturing part of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects including development of new PLM solution for E2E Digital Continuity (Engineering to Shop floor)
  • SAP experience and understanding is essential
  • Keen to develop knowledge of wider business processes & functions
