Lettings Negotiator - Full Time

Your new company
Our client was founded to provide independent, responsive, high quality treatment and monitoring.

They are now a leading supplier of water treatment, hygiene and air solutions servicing major brands across the UK an Ireland.

They are looking for a Lettings/ Property Manager to join their team immediately in a permanent role in Stroud.

Your new role

Within this role you will be responsible for maintenance of property and tenancy records, including scheduling of rent amounts, maintaining tenant files and ensuring status of tenants is updated i.e.

Active, moved in, notice period. This information will needto be recorded and updated on excel property/ tenant schedules on a monthly basis.
You will also be responsible for processing documentation for new tenancies and carry out administrative duties regarding documentation i.e. receipts, invoices and services reports etc.

Any tenancy's with upcoming end dates will also need a letter with a viewto offer them the option to renew their tenancy.

You will also assist in checking utility supplier details and notify providers of gas/ electric readings upon vacation and occupation of tenants.


What you'll need to succeedExperience in a Administrative role in Housing is desired, along with strong IT and customer service skills.
The ability the prioritise and manage work loads is essential with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
