Job Description

Job Title: Holiday Club Manager

Job Summary: Let's Play is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee and manage our Fun Week programme at Stratford Park Leisure Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, liaising with parents and carers, and ensuring the programme is delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Management: Manage and motivate the team to deliver the programme to a high standard.
  • Communication: Liaise with parents, carers, staff, and directors on a regular basis.
  • Session Delivery: Ensure sessions are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children.
  • Team Development: Create a positive learning environment for children and staff.
  • Coaching Philosophy: Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently, following our philosophy of Fun, Inclusive, and Educational.
  • Emergency Response: Deal with any first aid or emergency situations.
  • Parent Liaison: Be approachable and responsive to parents and carers.
  • Commitment: Be committed to delivering every session to the best of your ability.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Has experience working at children's holiday camps and/or a childcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills, ability to interact well with staff, parents, and children.
  • Education: Completed appropriate courses at Sixth Form, College, or University.
