About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Play Leader to join our team at Let Me Play, a leading childcare provider in the South East of England and The Midlands. As a Play Leader, you will be responsible for leading a variety of fun-filled activities at our holiday camps, catering to children aged 5-12 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate your team to deliver high-quality activities and ensure a positive learning environment for children.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and directors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and deliver engaging activities that are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children.
  • Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is Fun, Inclusive, and Educational.
  • Deal with any first aid or emergency situations that may arise.
  • Be approachable and liaise with parents and staff to ensure a positive experience for all.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children in a holiday camp or childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact well with staff, parents, and children.
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality activities.
