**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and motivate your team to deliver a high-quality programme
* Liaise with parents, staff, and directors to ensure seamless communication
* Create a positive learning environment that challenges and engages children
* Deliver coaching programmes to a high standard, consistently
* Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is fun, inclusive, and educational
* Understand individual needs of staff and children, and challenge/engage them appropriately
* Deal with first aid/emergency situations
* Be approachable and liaise with parents/carers
* Commit to delivering every session to the best of your ability
* Be creative and passionate in your delivery
