Key Details:

  • Shift Patterns: 07:00 - 15:00 approximately with 2 rotating rest days a week (Flexibility required).

Role Overview:

As a Lead Customer Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Customer Operations Managers to drive results across a balanced scorecard, implementing transformational changes. You will act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, ensure team efficiency, safety protocols, and fleet management targets are met. Additionally, you will be accountable for the smooth running of deliveries and inspiring your team to provide excellent service.
