Renewals Manager

Our client is a fast-growing cybersecurity company that specializes in providing security solutions to a wide range of organizations. As a Renewals Manager, your main goal will be to surpass customer retention targets across all accounts by ensuring they see the full value of the software for a successful renewal.
This hands-on role, working closely with the Head of Sales and CEO, involves collaborating with multiple teams to secure renewals and close upsell opportunities within assigned territories. You will also be responsible for forecasting, delivering against retention targets, providing quotes and details to clients, booking meetings/presentations between the CEO and clients, managing negotiations, and resolving service delivery issues affecting renewals.
This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week at our London office, with occasional national travel to visit clients.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Working across teams to secure renewals and close upsell opportunities
- Forecasting and delivering against retention targets
- Providing quotes and details to clients
- Booking meeting/presentation between CEO and client
- Managing negotiations with customers and partners, and resolving service delivery issues
- Supporting account issues affecting the renewal process
Candidate requirements:
- Ideal candidates will have solid experience in account management, particularly in renewals within a SaaS organization or IT reseller
- Experience working with C-Level executives at multinational organizations
- Strong communication skills, ambitious approach, and ability to work collaboratively with sales teams
- Confidence in engaging with C-level executives, experience in pricing and contract negotiation
