We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Bar and Floor staff to join our team at a bustling establishment in Forge retail park.

As a Bar and Floor staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
  • Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a bar or hospitality is preferred
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
