Festive Bar and Floor Staff Wanted

The Social, a renowned institution in Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow, is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Bar and Floor Staff for the upcoming festive season.

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to become an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. As a Bar and Floor Staff member, you will be responsible for setting up, serving customers, liaising with other departments, and clearing down after your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent bar service to customers, maintaining a consistently high standard
  • Interact with customers in a professional and polite manner, promoting the venue and our fantastic dishes
  • Adhere to licensing legislation procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the bars
  • Promote Christmas sales and showcase our fantastic cocktails and drinks offers
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with bartending or waiting experience, preferably with cocktail experience. You should enjoy working in a busy environment and have a great personality. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.

What We Offer

We offer varied shift patterns, including late nights, evenings, and weekends, with part-time and full-time roles available on a temporary contract. There are also opportunities for permanent roles for those who demonstrate hard work and passion for the venue.
