Festive Bar and Floor Staff Roles

The Social, a Royal Exchange Square institution, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar and Floor Staff to join our team for the Christmas rush.

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated individuals to become involved in all aspects of our day-to-day service, including setting up, serving customers, liaising with other departments, and clearing down after shifts. High standards are essential, and you will be required to maintain these standards while promoting the venue and our fantastic dishes to customers.

Bar Staff Responsibilities

As a Bar Staff member, you will provide excellent bar service to customers, consistently meeting high standards. You will be friendly, professional, and polite, with a passion for promoting our Christmas sales and showcasing our fantastic cocktails and drinks offers.

Floor Staff Responsibilities

Our Floor Staff will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day service, including setting up, serving customers, and clearing down after shifts. You will be required to maintain high standards, promote the venue and our dishes, and work well in a busy environment.Requirements

  • Preferably have bartending or waiting experience
  • Cocktail experience is also preferable but not essential
  • Enjoy working with others in a busy environment
  • Have a great personality
What We Offer

We offer varied shift patterns, including late nights, evenings, and weekends. Part-time and full-time roles are available on a temporary contract, with some permanent roles available for those who demonstrate hard work and passion for the venue.
