The Social, a Royal Exchange Square institution, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar and Floor Staff during the festive season.

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Bar and Floor Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service, promoting our venue and its offerings, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent bar service to customers, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Assist with setting up, serving, and clearing down after shifts, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Promote the venue and its offerings to customers, highlighting our fantastic dishes and drinks.
  • Adhere to licensing legislation procedures and maintain high standards of bar cleanliness.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a willingness to learn and adapt to our fast-paced environment. Bartending or waiting experience is preferred, but not essential. If you enjoy working with others in a busy environment and have a great personality, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a range of shift patterns, including late nights, evenings, and weekends, with part-time and full-time roles available on a temporary contract.
