We are seeking a compassionate and experienced support worker to join the team to work with our fun, creative client.

She is a 30-year-old female with Cerebral Palsy and is looking for help to support her with daily living, accessing the community, personal care and housekeeping including, cooking and cleaning.


This role is all about supporting our client to increase her independence, enabling, and facilitating her with daily living activities, community activities, personal care and help around the house with cooking and cleaning.


This will be a fantastic role for a *female, psychology student/ therapy/teaching assistant, or individual with experience in care and support work who is seeking additional hours.

Someone with a real passion for helping people to reach their full potential and confidence. You will be enthusiastic, positive, and flexible.

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working with clients with Cerebral Palsy
  • Experience in care or support worker in the UK
    (Essential)
  • Have a full driving licence, and access to your own vehicle
    (Essential)
  • Evidence of qualifications in Health and Social Care equivalent to NVQ/QCF Level
  • Have excellent verbal, nonverbal.
  • Have a flexible and positive attitude and be able to work on own initiative.
  • The ability to motivate and enable through support and care.
  • Willingness to assist with housekeeping, accessing the community and support with daily living activities.
  • Ability to work using their own initiative, and written communication skills, full driving licence.
  • Flexibility to work the hours agreed,
