Onboarding Excellence:

Records Management:
Create and maintain meticulous personnel files, keeping all employee data organised and up to date.

Compliance Assurance:
Ensure compliance by maintaining updated DBS checks, references, and necessary employee documentation.

Training Management:
Oversee employee training programs, track completion, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with CPD requirements.

Process Optimization:
Collaborate on building and maintaining robust HR and H&S processes, aligning with ISO27001 and FCA compliance standards.

Absence Management:
Administer and manage absence (holiday and sickness) records efficiently.

Procurement Support:
Assist in procurement related to HR, H&S, facilities, and office needs.

Annual Processes:
Support annual processes such as performance reviews, training initiatives, and employee surveys.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience in HR Admin/Co-Ordinator position

Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3

Excellent administration and organisational skills as you will be working under your own initiative.

Excellent communication and verbal skills is necessary as you will be dealing with internal stakeholders on a daily basis.

Good working knowledge of Office 365, including Teams and Sharepoint.
