An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Service Advisor to join their team. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer needs and concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between customers and the dealership's service department, ensuring clear transmission of vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and the booking system to optimise service department resources.
  • Ensure precise and punctual invoicing for services, upholding a high level of precision and thoroughness.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current with product information and technical specifications to deliver precise detail to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of automotive products, services, and maintenance procedures.
  • Competent in computer skills, including experience with (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience within a car dealership (Preferable).
