We are recruiting an Events Supervisor.

£15.00 per hour. Variable shift patterns on a zero-hour contract.

Main duties:

  • To organise and supervise all aspects of the daily shift and ensure all service points and team are looking their best and ready for business as required.
  • Ensure the team members know their responsibilities for the shift and support the team to achieve them.
  • Preempt the needs of our customers and create meaningful and memorable service moments. Maintain a highprofile front of house and be aware of what's happening during service, and effectively resolve any challenges always ensuring colleague and customer satisfaction.
  • To prepare and deliver daily service briefings that are informative, motivational, and inspiring.
  • Provide and support a clear line of communication between all team members, both FOH and BOH.
  • Keep our colleagues and the TLS colleagues, visitors', and clients safe with our safetyfirst mentality while they are in our care, using the safety tools available to you.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a highend food service supervisory role
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be IT literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet and exceed the expectations of our client.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Motivated, committed, and flexible.
