We are recruiting an Events Supervisor to join the Rapport team at one of our client sites in the heart of the City of London.
The client company is a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.
The Events Supervisor role will work closely with all departments in order to optimize management of the meeting and event spaces.
The Events Supervisor will ensure the smooth running of the department along with the Head of Events and support the team in providing a seamless event experience for the client.
Main Responsibilities- Planning and managing events from start to finish
- Ensuring a smooth running of events on the day
- Support and motivate the team to achieve a 'platinum' service.
- To recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products and services based on customer needs and desires
- Day to day event management for all event activity
- Preparing monthly audits and reports
- Minimum of 2 years' event experience
- Proficient in business administration
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Strong time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
An enthusiastic person, who takes challenges head on and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and suggest their own ideas.
Someone who has exceptional people management skills and is patient in training and supervising a team of meeting and event coordinators.
