Job Title: Event Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Operations Supervisor to join our team at Wembley Stadium. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of all set-up, event, and breakdown operations for our events at Wembley Stadium.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the event operations team on site, ensuring seamless execution of all tasks and duties
  • Manage stock and equipment, ensuring accurate storage, handling, rotation, and counting
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with the Event Operations Manager and Account Project Manager to deliver exceptional events
  • Train and develop the casual crew to ensure they are equipped to handle various operational tasks
Requirements:
  • Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude
  • Experience in large event bar operations and team leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online systems
