Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee lunches, conferences, and events
  • Ensure all event details and administrative tasks are current and communicated to relevant departments

  • Support Front of House (FOH) management by reporting and addressing maintenance issues
  • Provide guidance and supervision to the waiting staff

What is expected from you:

  • Prior event supervisory experience in catering or unique venues is preferred
  • Previous Front of House (FOH) supervisory experience in hospitality settings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Leadership skills for team motivation
  • A positive and proactive mindset
