The Role:


This post is a fixed term contract, until March 2025, and will be part of the Housing Property Team, who administer and deliver the Council's private rented sector access scheme.

This role will have a particular focus on single clients to enable move-on fromsupported homeless accommodation.

The role will involve sourcing properties in the private rented sector, assessing client suitability and tenancy readiness, and working to ensure each tenancy is a sustained.
