Position Overview

A Regulatory Compliance Officer is sought for a reputable recruitment firm.

Role Responsibilities

The primary function of this position is to assist the recruitment divisions of a dynamic agency focusing on rail and aviation sectors. Collaborating with Lead Recruiters, the Training and Compliance Manager, and fellow Compliance Officers, you will ensure that all administrative tasks are executed promptly, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Sentinel Coordinator tasks, which involve managing incoming and outgoing sponsorship applications.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new personnel, including verification of identification.
  • Conduct regular audits on equipment calibration and complete necessary documentation.
  • Manage the procurement and oversight of any leased commercial vehicles.
  • Work in close partnership with other Compliance Officers and Training Administrators to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Order personal protective equipment (PPE) for contractors and maintain stock levels for the office.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in a comparable role.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to process enhancement.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Competent in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and performing well under pressure.
