Duties will include;

  • Answering calls from Customers who have experienced problems with their order
  • Communicating with Customers using our online Portal facilities
  • Working as part of a team ensuring Customer notes are accurately logged
  • Investigating and resolving Customer Complaints
  • Processing Returned items
  • Processing Refunds
  • General Administration
  • Technical assistance
Knowledge of Consumer Right Regulations would be an advantage but is not essential. Full Training will be given.

Salary:
From £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Goole, DN14 5JB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
