The Opportunity
As a Guest Service Agent at our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests, especially those who speak Mandarin, receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay. Your role is pivotal in delivering the high standards of hospitality that we are known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently. Communicate effectively with guests in Mandarin and English. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate guest records and billing information. Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written). Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
