Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the group arrivals are checked on daily basis and that accounting/billing instruction are accurate and communicated to the relevant department
  • Manage task in timely fashion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Monitor all open folios in the system taking action where necessary to minimize revenue loss
  • Ensure all groups rooms are allocated and to right market segments in the system
  • Process and record cancellation charges and booking amendments accurately

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
