Responsibilities will include:

  • Database Management
  • Diary Management
  • Inbox Management
  • Report Analysis
  • Administrative Event Management
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Updating and creating Excel spreadsheets
  • Reviewing an extracting data
  • Designing and improving information flow systems
  • Designing and updating PowerPoint presentations
  • Website/CMS management
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and switch between workflows
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Proactive selfstarter with the ambition to develop their own career and contribute to the future success of this leading organisation,

Working hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm (there is slight flexibility around this)
