We are recruiting for Team Leaders to ensure efficient daily packing of soft fruit such as strawberries, blueberries and raspberries according to customer specification.

The postholder will also be required to ensure quality, food hygiene, label and packaging requirements are met. Online Operatives x11 +Machine Operator x 1

Hours:

Guaranteed minimum of 32 hours over 4 days per week to include at least one day at the weekend, variable working patterns available, will be discussed on the interview stage.

To supervise and manage direct reports in accordance with the ASF values, policies and procedures.

  • To support training for new line leaders
  • To proactively participate in the individual performance management process, achieving SMART targets and continuous personal developments.
  • To ensure all line personnel adhere to food hygiene and health and safety policies and procedures.
  • To ensure all packed produce meets quality, label and packaging requirements.
  • To conduct Quality checks
  • To complete digital work order.
  • Experience in management of workplace health and safety
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
