MSX International is looking for a skilled individual to join their team as a Warranty Coordinator at the Honda corporate offices in Bracknell.

The Warranty Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting warranty activities across Europe, providing assistance to both markets and Dealers.

The Role:

  • Front line support for factories and markets
  • Implementing and enhancing warranty initiatives
  • Facilitating policy change activities
  • Analyzing monthly warranty data and reporting
  • Supporting European warranty operations
  • Handling daily warranty enquiries
  • Setting up vehicles in the warranty system for claims
  • Processing month-end invoices
  • Assisting in creating policy changes
  • Collaborating with the Programme Manager on improvements

About You:

This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a background in Dealer Franchise or OEM warranty operations. The ideal candidate should have a good grasp of automotive aftersales business operations and the warranty process.

  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Attention to detail and adherence to processes
  • Proficiency in generating reports using various software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in multicultural collaboration
