Office Admin Apprenticeship, offering Level 2 Customer Service qualification.

Job Overview:

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Daytoday office tasks
  • Answering calls and directing calls to relevant staff members
  • Completing paperwork and online forms
  • Assisting with scanning and filing documents
  • Assisting with creating marketing content
  • Completing further tasks such as accounts
(All of which shall be taught throughout the apprenticeship placement)

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Qualification: Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level
  • Location: Solihull College (Blossomfield Campus)
  • Training through the above college shall be part time : Hours/Day TBC
  • Functional Skills English and Maths if required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
